Karen Eason is a Startup Business Strategist and founder of the GRACE System and CEO Launch Academy & Successful CEO Club. She specializes in providing a road map for startup entrepreneurs to thrive using her proprietary DSIA framework (Define, Strategize, Implement, Accomplish), while sparking the mindset shifts needed to help more startups succeed within their first 3 years.
Karen has over 30 years of entrepreneurship experience, two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Information Systems and Accounting/Finance, as well as a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She is also a three-time graduate of Steve Harvey’s Act Like a Success Institute, and has learned from the likes of Steve Harvey, Les Brown, George Fraser, and more.
Karen has been honored twice by the City of New York and B Lab as a “Best for NYC Changemaker” & “Best for NYC in Community and Environment”, and was quoted twice in the NYC Red Tape Commission Report published by NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer's office.
Karen lives in NYC and is currently working on launching her internet radio show KE-2-Success – Keys to Be, Do and Have Success in Business & Thrive in Life, and an upcoming book on merging business and faith.
